We Should Write Sometime – Child Safety Standards and CSAE Reporting

Last updated: April 28, 2026

We Should Write Sometime, LLC, including the We Should Write Sometime app, website, and related services, which we refer to as “WSWS,” “We Should Write Sometime,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” is committed to maintaining a safe platform for songwriters, artists, creators, and collaborators.

WSWS has a zero tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation, including child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, solicitation, or any behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

These Child Safety Standards apply to the We Should Write Sometime app, website, products, features, tools, content, communications, events, services, and any related offerings, which we refer to together as the “Platform.”

How to Report Child Safety Concerns

Users, parents, guardians, app stores, law enforcement, or other third parties may report child safety concerns by contacting us at:
contact@weshouldwritesometime.com
Subject line: Child Safety / CSAE Report

Please include as much detail as possible so we can review and respond appropriately, including usernames, profile information, screenshots, dates, links, or a description of the concern, if available.

Users may also use any report, block, support, or feedback tools available inside the app to report user safety concerns, child safety concerns, or other violations.

Prohibited Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Content and Conduct

WSWS strictly prohibits users from creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, promoting, distributing, facilitating, or engaging in any content or behavior involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.

This includes, but is not limited to:
• Child sexual abuse material, including images, videos, computer generated imagery, or AI generated content involving minors.
• Grooming or attempts to build a relationship with a child for sexual exploitation.
• Sexual conversations, requests, roleplay, or interactions involving minors.
• Sextortion, blackmail, coercion, or threats involving a child or child sexual content.
• Trafficking, solicitation, or commercial sexual exploitation of a child.
• Sexualization of minors.
• Any attempt to use We Should Write Sometime to exploit, harm, or endanger a child.

Review, Enforcement, and Escalation

If WSWS becomes aware of content or behavior involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, we may take action, including:
• Reviewing the report.
• Removing content.
• Restricting access to content or features.
• Suspending or banning accounts.
• Preserving relevant information where legally appropriate.
• Reporting suspected or confirmed child sexual abuse material or exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, law enforcement, or the appropriate regional, national, or international authority where required by law or where we believe reporting is appropriate to protect children or users.

WSWS complies with applicable child safety laws and maintains reasonable processes to review child safety reports and escalate suspected or confirmed child sexual abuse material or exploitation to appropriate authorities where required by law or where we believe reporting is appropriate to protect children or users.
